Shipping & Delivery

Every Nayaab Art creation is handcrafted and prepared with the same care that goes into the piece itself. From our hands to yours, we take every measure to ensure your order arrives as intended safely, and on time. 

Ready collection pieces are prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order/Customised products are prepared for dispatch within 7–14 business days or follow a timeline confirmed at the time of order, in keeping with the individual nature of the piece.

Preparation time is distinct from delivery time. Our ateliers do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery within India

Nayaab Art partners with trusted courier services to deliver your order across India. Destination Estimated delivery after dispatch. Metro cities : 3–6 business days, Other cities and towns : 5–10 business days

Delivery charges, where applicable, are presented at checkout. While we work with partners chosen for their reliability, delivery timelines remain estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

International delivery

International shipping availability and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, with delivery timelines varying by destination and local customs procedures.

Tracking your order

Once your piece begins its journey to you, tracking details will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update following dispatch.

Each Nayaab Art piece is presented in packaging designed to protect and honour its craftsmanship, with particular care given to our resin jewellery and handcrafted décor.
Delivery address

We kindly ask that customers provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including postal code and contact number, at the time of order. Nayaab Art cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address details.

Should an issue arise

We take great care to ensure your piece reaches you in perfect condition. In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  

In Transit
Once your order is handed to our courier partner, its journey is managed by that partner. Nayaab Art remains at your side throughout, assisting with any concerns that arise. A shipment is considered lost only once formally declared so by the courier.

Nayaab Art cannot be held responsible for delays arising from customs procedures, natural events, or transportation disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Orders with multiple pieces

When an order includes both ready collection and made-to-order pieces, we generally dispatch the complete order together once every piece is ready. On occasion, items may be shipped separately for reasons of safety or logistics, with tracking provided for each parcel.

A note on handcrafted work

Every Nayaab Art piece is made by hand, and as such, gentle variations in colour, floral placement, texture, or finish may occur from piece to piece. These nuances are not imperfections, but the quiet signature of work made by hand rather than machine — the very quality that makes each creation one of a kind.
